Recommended materials and tools:
1. Plush yarn 100 g/120 m (#6 Super Bulky). I use Himalaya Dolphin Baby:
#80342 or #80373 (beige – 1 of a skein, 100 g), #80363 (milk, 20 g).
- Cotton or semicotton yarn 50g/160 m in white color for tightening, black color for embroidery, dark brown color to crochet the eye patches, ivory color to crochet the claws. I use YarnArt Jeans #62 (white), #53 (black), #70 (dark brown), #05 (ivory).
- 4.0 mm crochet hook (US size G/6) (main).
- 2.5 mm crochet hook (US size C/2) to crochet the eye patches.
- 1.75 mm crochet hook (US size #0) to crochet the claws.
- Filling (hollofiber or fiberfill for stuffing).
- 20 mm safety eyes.
- Yarn needle, pins, stitch marker and scissors.
