Easy tutorial for making a Pokemon Poke Ball on a circular needle knitting machine.

Supplies:
22 needle machine
3” (7.6cm) styrofoam ball
3 colors of yarn
tapestry needle
scissors
1.5” (3.8cm) black felt circle
1” (2.5cm) white felt circle
hot glue

Row count:
9 White
3 Black
18 Red (or color choice)
3 Black
9 White

  1. Knit rows, secure all tails
  2. Add drawstring to row #9 of Red (or color choice)
  3. Double the tube
  4. Cinch the white ends closed and secure together
  5. Turn right side out and add Styrofoam ball
  6. Cinch the drawstring closed, secure and bury tail
  7. Layer the white felt circle on black felt circle, adhere with hot glue
  8. Add felt button to Poke Ball with hot glue; position over color change area.
