This pattern requires a small amount of sewing for the legs, leaf, and neck seeds.

Using the recommended yarn, Chikorita rests at 2.75 inches/7.5 cm tall and 2 inches/5.5 cm long.

Stitches needed:

• single crochet
• slip stitch
• chain
• magic ring
• increases and decreases
• half double and double crochet for the leaf

Materials needed:

• light green and green yarn in any weight
• C/2.75 mm crochet hook (or one for your yarn weight)
• 8 mm (or size for your yarn weight) safety eyes
• darning needle
• stuffing
