August #freebeefridayknits - can you feel the chill!?

Yes, an ice cold bear - a Polar ‘Spirit’ Bear -

And I know that at time of writing some of you are probably witnessing extreme high heat… but also some of you are being thrown into the depths of Winter - so this bear is for both - cold - to cool you down; furry and warm - to warm you up… (like I really went through all this reasoning when I designed this furry chap!)

He’s knitted in one piece - you just add the ears at the end,
in beautiful faux fur yarn - feeling is believing - and if you can be brave (fur yarn is not the easiest to knit with) I’d suggest you do use this yarn - I bought mine from Woolwarehouse and I believe it’s widely available - for maximum effect… it’s divinely soft.

As you may already know I do offer up a free pattern once ever other month - details are given in my Instagram account @dotpebbles_knits dotpebbles
