Pollux features two travelling swathes of stitches incorporating a simple but elegant twisted stitch design, which gracefully wrap themselves around the ankle, crossing over each other on the top of the foot, and ending in points at the edges of the foot.

The sock also features a ribbed cuff, and a slip-stitch heel with matching slip-stitch toe for reinforcement at those vulnerable places.

One skein of specified yarn needed. Darning needle required for grafting (Kitchener stitch), up to 8 stitch markers, if required, but you you can double some of these up, and reuse as you go through the pattern.
