In a combination of garter stitch and stockinette, a deep mosaic border flows into narrow vertical stripes in this two-color capelet. The graphic color contrast is juxtaposed with simple construction to make it the perfect topper for any outfit. Hampden’s silky hand, soft drape, and beautiful color range make it ideal for this project. Pollux is knit flat in two identical pieces, then seamed at the shoulders with a center opening to slip over your head. The mosaic slip-stitch pattern is in chart form only.
