“The Polo blouse is worked bottom up in the round. Body and sleeves are joined and worked in the round until the placket, where after the front and back are worked flat separately.
The neckline stitches are picked up for the collar which is worked using 3 circular needles. Using the technique described the neckline edge stitches are hidden between the collar stand and the first part of the collar.
For extra elegant finish, cast on for body and sleeves using tubular cast on. Search for Tubular Cast-On / Bind Off on YouTube for tutorials”.
