This is the perfect way to keep your neck warm this winter without adding bulk to your outfit!

The top part looks like a polo neck (or turtleneck in the USA), which can be worn bunched up, pulled up over your mouth & nose or rolled down like a typical turtleneck.

The bottom part flattens out to an angular or pointed tip in front. This allows the cowl (or neck warmer) to lie flat and cover the whole neck-area so that it can be worn under a jacket.

The crocheted edge adds a final bit of flair so that you can wear it over your favourite sweater or t-shirt as well.

The pattern stitch allows for some stretching to get it easily over your head and is written in three sizes, small (kiddies), medium and large.
