Water and lily pad look done in hexagons

Can make all 3 animals, just one, or any 2, you choose.

Use your favorite worsted weight yarn for the blanket and animals.
Blanket done with 6 mm hook and animals done with a 5 mm hook.

Note: for beaver face I used smaller hook 3 mm and thinner yarn, Caron simple soft or yarn bee simply soft, you could go even smaller if a more delicate face desired.

When you drape over a crib side, you can have the look of only one animal showing at a time.

Could also be used as a play mat on the floor or in a play pen
