The play between horizontal and vertical is evident in Ponti’s serene geometry, and one would be hard-pressed to find a more comfortable sweater. A cozy waffle stitch runs perpendicular to wide garter ridges in the front band, allowing ample room for cocooning in this relaxed and welcoming design. Instructions are provided for both cropped and full-length versions, to better tailor to one’s personal flair. Worked flat from the bottom up and separated for the shoulders, Ponti’s approachable construction means this garment can go with you everywhere — both as you work it and as you wear it.
