Knit your way into The Hundred Acre Woods.
Inspired by the characters created by A.A.Milne and E.H. Shepard’s illustrations, you will meet Owl, Rabbit, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Christopher Robin and of course Pooh himself. There is a honey pot in case you get rumbly in your tumbly and, if its empty, don’t worry, Pooh is floating up to the beehive with his balloon to fetch more, unless the bees get him first!
This pattern gives finished measurements, yarn quantities and needle size for working with DK or Aran yarn. However it could be knitted in any yarn weight, dependent on the size of blanket you would like, just bear in mind you will need to gauge the yarn amount and needle-size for yourself.
The design tends to have clearer definition with light to medium colours, rather than dark. Variegated colours and textured yarn, such as boucle are not recommended.
The pattern includes one full chart. I have also included the option to work from the design separated into two parts to make the chart clearer after printing. This enlargement has resulted in a little distortion of the picture that will not be reflected in your knitted work.
