The heel of the sock is short row with German Short Rows. And it has star toe, so you don’t need to work Kitchener stitch.
The instruction is written. As options, this pattern also contains charts of the leg, heel, instep & sole. Please refer to them according to your preference.
The instructions are written to cable needle with Magic Loop method. If you use double pointed needles, please translate the instructions as appropriate.
