I designed the cowl as something you could wear to add a little color to a neutral outfit at work. It’s light enough to wear year round if you are in air conditioning and you can make it colorful enough to enhance any of your favorite tops.

I worked it in a solid color, but you can use a variegated, speckled, or sparkly yarn. I wouldn’t use something with a strong and bold color combination because it might hide the lace and texture.
