This is a fun lace pattern that is not very difficult to work either from a chart or written instructions. The pattern utilizes a provisional cast on so that the edging can be done seamlessly, but feel free to use a regular cast on if desired. The edging is done at the end of the project and attached one stitch at a time (again, for a more seamless scarf) or can be done separately and sewn on.
