About the pattern
#POPPYBAG is crocheted from the bottom up. First, the base is worked in the round in single crochet with increases. Then the sides of the bag are crocheted in pattern stitch in the round until the specified length.

Techniques
CHAIN STITCH (ch): Yarn over and pull the yarn through the loop on the hook.
SLIP STITCH (sl st): Insert the hook into the stitch. Yarn over and pull through the stitch and the loop on the hook.
SINGLE CROCHET (sc): Insert the hook into the stitch and pull up a loop. Yarn over once more, then pull through both loops on the hook.
