Poppy is a simple seamless (or almost seamless) cardigan designed to fit gorgeous little Waldorf style dolls. The cardigan is knit top-down and features raglan sleeve shaping and built-in button bands for three sweet buttons to encourage fine motor skill development.

Two options for knitting the sleeves are included; they can be knit either as small circular pieces or flat and seamed later.

Construction:
Poppy is knit flat and seamlessly beginning with the neckline and working top down. Simple increases are used to shape the raglan with the button band integrated into the body of the cardigan. Sleeves can be knit either flat or in the round.

Sizing:
Designed to fit a 16”/40cm Waldorf style dolls.
Fits chest of approximately 9 inches/23cms.

Also fit Baby Born size baby dolls.

Yarn Requirements:
8ply/DK weight yarn of approximately 90 yards/85 metres.

It is advisable to swatch both flat and in the round and adjust your needles accordingly to ensure you maintain a consistent tension throughout this project.

Needles and Notions:
US6/4mm: 16”/40cm circular and needles for small circular knitting (or size required for tension).
