The shorts are designed with -2 to 1.5 inches (-5 to 4 cm) of ease at the waist. Select the size that is closest to your waist measurement, as the hips and thighs have an abundant amount of positive ease. Sample shown is knit in size XS with neutral ease.

An alternate sample was also knit with We Are Knitters The Cotton in Canyon Rose.

Any DK or worsted weight yarn can be used for this pattern as long as it matches gauge.
