I’ve always had a thing for the shape of dried poppy pods. They’re such striking remnants of a summer garden that I like them even more than the flowers themselves. This poppy pod-inspired necklace also reminds me of why I was drawn to creating knit jewelry in the first place--it’s so soft and lightweight, it’s like accessorizing yourself with a cloud. Or a hug.
