Popsicle is a simple yet effective baby blanket, very easy to make even for a beginner crocheter. Simplicity of the stitch pattern makes this blankie a perfect accessory both for boys and girls. Adding shells across the border will make it more girly and romantic.

Pattern both written and charted.
Finished size: 95 x 80 cm (37.5” x 31.5”). Size is easily adjustable.

Materials and tools needed:
• Sport-weight yarn, 1140 yards (1040 meters) in total
Color A (beige) – 720 yds/660 meters
Color B (terracotta) – 88 yds/80 meters
Color C (gray) – 130 yds/120 meters
Color D (salmon), Color E (blue-green), Color F (coral) – 66 yds/60 meters each
• Hook – 3.5 mm (E)
• Tapestry needle and scissors
• Stitch markers, blocking pins
