These are the matching pants for the Port Washington sweater. They are designed to be comfy and cozy, with enough room for little legs to move and play.

They are knit from the top down seamlessly. Once the waist and hips are worked, the crotch is worked in separate pieces and grafted together. Then, stitches are picked up from the sides of the crotch and the legs are worked in the round one by one.

Finally, an i-cord drawstring is knit and threaded through the waistband as a finishing touch (and to make sure those pants stay on!)
