I’m so sorry we missed this when we proofed the book. You can find them here. You also can rework the Aramis sleeve to get the missing Porthos sleeve, as follows: Work the Aramis lace band to the width of the sleeve at underarm. Pick up the # of stitches for the Aramis sleeve at the underarm. Work a WS row and then work the Aramis sleeve cap.
