A pattern aimed at an improving knitter or confident beginner, this pattern will walk you through each step for creating these cabled fingerless gloves. Of course confident and ‘advanced’ knitters are welcome to join in!

The measurement applies to the measurement around the widest part of the hand, just below the knuckles.

The photograph shows the medium size which used less than 50g of yarn (approx 174 meters)

I’ve also included a chart to help you track progress and when the cables and decreases should happen.

This pattern is currently untested. If you find errors, want help, have comments or suggestions or just want to share your awesome project with me, I would be delighted to hear from you.

You are welcome to make these gloves for resale - a credit would be nice. If you would like to use this pattern in a class or as a teaching aid please contact me.

Writing patterns takes a surprising amount of time, please remember this for all designers and do not share multiple copies around. If you like a designer or pattern the best thing you can do is tell people where they can get the pattern or gift it to them. Your support helps people like me create more for you
