March 2020: I have been putting out patterns for about 15 years! Time to make changes.

This pattern is now available for free! If money is tight, this is for you. I intend to keep this pattern free forever.

If you want to/can put some money somewhere, I have a suggestion: The Autism Self Advocacy Network (ASAN). Click the link to learn more!

Who We Are & What We Do
The Autistic Self Advocacy Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by and for autistic people. ASAN was created to serve as a national grassroots disability rights organization for the autistic community.

From humble storefront beginnings in 1971, Powell’s Books has grown into one of the world’s great bookstores, with five locations in the Portland metropolitan area. This shawlette pattern pays tribute to the “world’s biggest bookstore” with textures resembling stacks and aisles. It’s the perfect project to wear on your next book browsing outing.

Finished Measurements: 48” wingspan, 20” deep

Notions: 8 Stitch markers, tapestry needle.

All photography by Vivian Aubrey (Belletrism on Ravelry) (http://spindleshanksknits.blogspot.com/). This
pattern was tested by Basaltimum and Mia Paranoia - many, many thanks!
