This pattern is written for one size (US women’s dress size 6/8), but the fit can easily be customized. There are notes throughout the pattern tipping you off to modifications you can make to get your top smaller or larger. Note that the intended fit is definitely snug!

The vest is worked flat in two identically shaped pieces, then partially assembled before adding a waistband which is worked in joined rounds directly onto the body. The pattern includes a schematic as well as a chart for the first 5 rows of the granny square motif that makes up much of the front.
