This scarf is worked in a cable panel of 18 stitches with a 24 row repeat. That panel is surrounded by a panel of 6 stitches in Stockinette Stitch on each side.

Length is done however you desire.

Materials:

US 10 (6mm) Knitting needles
Bulky Yarn of choice (I used Yarn Bee Creatively Colorful: Mustard flower-discontinued) 260 yards (or desired length)
Cable Needle
Tape measure
Scissors
Darning Needle
