This pattern is also available as part of Crescendo Book: an Eco-friendly e-book with 5 shawl designs.

Prana is a seamless shawl knitted bottom-up with a beautiful lace pattern that gracefully flows into shawl’s upper body which is worked in stockinette stitch and
short rows for its crescent shape. For extra interest and glimmer it’s also adorned with nupps and beads.

More information
Pattern Style: Full – written instructions and charts are given for the lace section, line by line written instructions for the short row section. I think you’ll enjoy the Eco-friendly format of this pattern as well.

Pattern Difficulty: Advanced – knitted cast on, knit, purl, yarn over, single and double decrease (note that some wrong side rows are worked in lace as well), beading, nupps, short-rows (I use a very simple method without wrapping the sts), bind-off

Materials: approx 374.2 – 430.3 m (409.2 – 470.5 yds) of fingering yarn; size 4 mm (US 7) and 5 mm (US 8) circular needles; tapestry needle; markers, 170 beads; tool for beads - I used a crochet hook size 0.6 (US 14)

Format Available: PDF
