The knitting motifs with sharp details remind me about thorns, remind a fairytale by Hans Christian Andersen - The wild swans. In the fairytale, Princess Elisa knitted eleven shirts out of nettles, it was a true sacrifice. And I think, whoever of us knits things for our lovers, we are also princesses. If you are still in love, you are still alive a meaningful life.

And that why I named this pattern: Det Tam Gai in Vietnamese and Vivienne in English.

Det Tam Gai means Weaving the stinging nettles.
