2.25 mm / US 1 knitting needles (DPNs or circular needles for magic loop)
Tapestry needle, stitch marker, scissors

REQUIRED SKILLS, METHODS USED:
Casting on, knit and purl stitches
k2tog, ssk
Knitting in the round and flat
German short rows (double stitch / DS)

GAUGE & TENSION:
35 sts and 45 rows = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4 inches in stockinette stitch, worked in the round. Always knit a gauge swatch and measure your tension before starting.
You may need to change needle size to achieve the correct gauge.
