Daisy Flower Coaster Set (12cm)

Hands up who never seems to have enough coasters when guests visit?!

These lovely little coasters are a quick knit, using straight needles - each one takes very little time and a batch can be made for upcoming visitors, or even a set as a gift.

Please note - these are not suitable for children under 3yrs old ❤️

This set will make a delightful gift to surprise family, friends and for charity knits

Perfect for a confident beginner, simple easy to follow pattern. Stitch skills you will need are just knit and purl. These patterns use a picot edge, and yarn over stitch - which will require you to yarn over (wrap the yarn around the needle) and knit the next two stitches together to create a small hole as part of the pattern.

These work out at around 12cm, and nicely fit all mugs - even the larger 9cm size, and best of all they can be washed in the machine according to your yarn instructions in the event of a little spillage.

You can use 25g balls, these are excellent value at around just £1 in most stores, money-savvy homemade gifts, what’s not to love?! ❤️

DK coloured yarn - Pale yellow, lilac, pink, white (I used white glitter yarn for a pretty effect),
