I was told this pattern looks like pineapples with the colors I chose, therefore I decided to name it Pretty pineapple socks!
This simple and repeating top-down pattern includes 5 cast on sizes to choose from.

My gauge in the colorwork is about 18-19sts/5cm (2inches) with 2mm needles, and I knitted my socks with the cast on of 66sts, increased to 72sts for the colorwork.

This pattern includes 2 different styles to choose from: knit the colorwork all through the foot and leg, or keep it more simple by just knitting some colorwork on the top of the cuff and on the toes.

My Sole gusset guide is included in this pattern, so there’s no need to buy it separately. With the guide you can place the gusset decreases on the sole of the sock.
If you want, you can of course knit traditional gusset decreases on the sides of the sock, but the pattern does not include colorwork charts for that.

Tämä ohje sisältää Pohjakiila oppaani, jonka avulla kiilakavennukset voi tehdä sukan pohjaan kuten omissa sukissani olen tehnyt. Pohjakiilan opasta (Sole gusset guide) ei siis tarvitse ostaa erikseen.
Halutessasi voit tietenkin tehdä myös perinteiset kiilakavennukset sukan sivuille, mutta tähän ei ohjeessa ole annettu kirjoneulekaaviota.
