In addition to 1 skein Shine Sport Black, various suggestions include:

Bi Flag colorways: French Blue, Iris, Cosmopolitan
Pan Flag colorways: Cosmopolitan, Dandelion, Sky Blue
Genderqueer colorways: Iris, White, Macaw

1 skein of each color will suffice for 2-3 sets of gloves, but you may need an additional skein of black if you plan to make a lot of these!
