Pride Socks is a pattern made about love, with love. The rainbow hearts, heels, and toes celebrate pride in an identity (or identities!). If you’re so inclined, feel free to substitute in one of the many other wonderful pride flags!

This pattern has stranded colorwork hearts (with both written instructions and a chart), a striped short row heel, and a striped decrease toe.

Sizes in Pattern:
• Child’s Large/Woman’s Small (approximately women’s shoe size US 5-7)
• Woman’s Medium (approximately women’s shoe size US 7.5-9)
• Woman’s Large/Men’s Small (approximately women’s shoe size US 9.5-10)

Materials Needed:
• 250 - 300 yards of sock weight yarn in Main Color
• Pattern used 2 skeins of KnitPicks Stroll in Midnight Heather
• 25 yards of sock weight yarn each in Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple. (Pattern used scrap yarn. Recommended yarns are KnitPicks Stroll in Strawberry, Pumpkin, Dandelion, Peapod, Rhapsody, and Duchess Heather.)
• (4) US 1 Double Pointed Needles
• (4) US 2 Double Pointed Needles
• Tapestry/Yarn Needle

Gauge: 7 stitches x 11 rows in stockinette stitch
