This is a fun, beginner friendly top for the crochet lover who is getting comfortable with all the basic crochet stitches, and would like to try something a bit different. It’s breathable, airy, and just right for spring and summer.

Ponchos are an easy wardrobe staple for those who struggle to decide what to wear in the morning before they’ve had their first cup of coffee. Just throw it on over a simple t-shirt and pants, and voila!--you’re all set for the day. Except for that coffee, of course.

This pattern includes instructions on how to make a crochet poncho using 1000 yards of DK weight yarn or any other lightweight yarn that meets the required gauge in the pattern.

The construction is simple: crochet two rectangles and seam them along the sides to create the poncho. Optional: Sew the sides together near the armpits for sleeves.

This pattern is super versatile and customizable and is intended for personal use only. Please do not sell items made from this pattern without my consent.
