Doll is worked in the round throughout. Head, torso, legs & feet are worked as one in order to reduce seaming chores. Legs are worked using heel afterthought technique. Shoes are seamed at bottom using 3 needle bind off.

Pattern includes lots of photos including facial embroidery photo tutorial, as well as detailed tutu instructions.In addition the pattern comes with a free copy of my customized stuffing tutorial, that can be used for any toy knit in the round.

Gauge is not overly important but stitches must be worked tightly in order to prevent stuffing showing through. As yarns can vary in thickness, needle size should be substituted in order to maintain the tight stitch tension. This will effect the finished size of the doll.

Yarn requirements may vary. Model used yarn remnants in the following amounts;
Light blue (main color), approx 70 yards, medium pink (leotard & shoes), approx. 36 yards, off white (tights), approx.30-36 yards.
