Two sources are mentioned for this pattern. I presume that the pink cover ‘Very Easy Circular Knits’ has the same or nearly the same as the blue ‘How to Knit with Circular & Double-pointed Needles’ (as most of them have so far) and that the blue has been renamed for the British market.
