Prudence Collar is worked from the bottom up in stockinette stitch with decreases. Two tuck lines are created near the bottom, and small bobbles with the contrasting color are added near the top. On completion of the body, the i-cord is applied to the neckline and also worked fort a bow tie. Finally, the ruffle is worked from stitches picked up along the cast-on edge and the side edges.
