Pseudo Sailor Beanie
by Anne Pinkava
Called the “Pseudo Sailor” for its vaguely nautical shape, this is a top down OR bottom up ribbed beanie with a top that tapers in slightly like a sock toe. This pattern is written for the magic loop method, though you can use your own, and is for multiple sizes and yarn weights. It’s a great standard beanie, and the top down method is particularly good if you have a partial skein of yarn you want to use every last bit of.
