This chubby pug is quick and easy to crochet, with very little sewing (just the face embroidery and a single stitch on the tail). But watch out-- he is so cute that you’ll need to make two or three at least!

Materials:
Worsted weight yarn in tan and dark gray/brown (black not recommended as it makes facial features difficult to see)
Black and pink embroidery floss or yarn
Polyfill or other stuffing
Two 6mm black animal eyes
Size G/6 (4mm) crochet hook
Yarn needle

Finished size: 2.5” / 6.5 cm long

Pattern stitches: single crochet

Skill level: Beginner; requires knowledge of crocheting in the round, increasing and decreasing, and color changes. Basic sewing skills are also required.
