This beautiful pull over cowl is worked from the bottom up. Some of the knitted work is done in the round while the beginning of the project can be started on regular knitting needles if you’d prefer. The neck is knitted in a way so that you can fold the neck over and pull it over your mouth and nose for those cold blustery winter days.
