This beanie was designed to raise funds for The Sophie Lancaster Foundation. ALL proceeds from the sale of this pattern will go to charity.

I use recycled, secondhand, charity shop finds, and donated yarns to craft a number of items; all sold to raise funds for local, national, and international charities. Thus I don’t always know the brand / colour of yarns used.

These beanies are in three sizes, baby, toddler, and child up to about age 3, to fit the average head circumferences of 35cm, 45cm, and 55cm depending on your gauge and needle size.

Knitting gauge in stranded pattern: 10cm x 10cm= 34 sts x 30 rows

I used DK yarn and a 4mm circular needle switching to 4mm dpns for the decrease.
