Pumpkin Earrings
Quick and easy pumpkin earrings!
I’ve included designs for both a round pumpkin and a squat pumpkin (shown in blue for all the Blue Doll Pumpkin fans out there). Obviously, orange is the traditional color, but there are so many other colors to choose from!
Embroider a jack-o’-lantern face for added Halloween flair, or keep them plain for Thanksgiving.
These earrings are worked in size 20 crochet cotton (which is approximately the same as 8 weight embroidery thread) held together with a metallic filament. The metallic filament is optional, and if you omit it, you may want to go down to a 1.1 mm hook to make sure your stitches stay tight.
Each pair of round pumpkins uses 8 yards of in orange (or your main pumpkin color), and 1 yard in green. A pair of squat pumpkins uses 7 yards in your main color, and 1 yard in green.
