Punky and Polished Cowl Set
Pattern Inspiration:
When Lauren from YarrrnMatey and I discussed design options for our collaboration, we knew we wanted to combine her punky alternative style with my more polished aesthetic. We decided on a pair of cowls, with the same gauge/shaping/stitch counts, but with details that fit our individual styles and preferences.
This pattern includes two different designs. Both cowls are a trapezoid shape, worked from the top down with increases on both sides. The edging and button loops are added at the end. The Punky Cowl features distressed detailing and asymmetrical sections. The Polished Cowl echoes the open distressed sections of Punky but in a more polished way, and adds some puff stitches for texture.
