I wanted to create a fun accessory with a twist, to make it just a little different, much like Punky Brewster was. The Punky Power cowl is a simple accessory with a twist on typical Brioche.
Don’t be intimated by the brioche. It’s simple and creates a squishy beautiful cowl.
