This pattern is best suited for advanced beginners. The pattern produces a decorative pillow that is 13” (33 cm) wide and 11.5” (29 cm) long, and it has instructions to adjust for other possible sizes. It is worked row-by-row with color changes to create the checkerboard and dog motifs.

The pattern is written in English using US terminology. It includes step-by-step instructions and images.

Materials:
5mm crochet hook
315 total yds (288 m) of aran/worsted/size 4 yarn (depends on size)
~150g polyfil stuffing
Scissors
Stitch markers
Bobbin holders (I used bobby pins)

I used Lion Brand Pound of Love to make this. I recommend using a similar acrylic or wool for your own project.
