The Pyrite Bandana scarf is a simple yet functional design perfect for beginner crocheters looking to challenge their skills. This design is worked flat with a single stitch. The contrasting stripe pattern adds a unique visual contrast.

The pattern is written to make one size but additional instructions are included to assist you in making any size based on gauge.

Gauge:

Using a US E/4 3.500mm hook

Materials:

Fingering weight yarn:
Main color 420 yards Contrast color 91 yards

I used Comfy Cozy Knits yarn, the gold scarf is Golden Granite (with gold semi-solid contrast) and the blue scarf is Stormy Seas (with navy semi-solid contrast) colours. If you are using a different fingering weight yarn ensure you may need to change your hook size to meet gauge.
