This is a bottom up hooded cardigan. The body is knit in the openwork diamond stitch pattern in one piece. The full length sleeves are knit in Stockinette from the remaining body stitches in the round. The hood stitches are knit up from the collar and knit in two pieces. The hood is knit in stockinette and then grafted together. The button band is then picked up and knit for 5-8 buttons depending on the size.
