This pattern is initially available only as a bonus pattern to participants of Sock Madness 20. The pattern will be made available to others after the close of competition in summer 2026.

This top-down sock features tiers of mitered squares on the leg which show off striped or gradient yarns. Gusset is worked at the same time as the heel flap to preserve striping. The quadrilateral theme continues with a garter stitch block pattern on the instep.

Size 0 (2 mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge, plus one spare needle in the same size
100g fingering weight yarn, self striping or gradient recommended, such as Brenda and Heather Yarns Targheel in colorway Slice of Summer
