Quarterline mosaic blanket
Quarterline blanket pattern uses mosaic overlay technique.
Pattern is made from the front side only by alternating and cutting colours every other row. No turning or mid-row colour changes.
You should be comfortable following instructions with numerous stitch counts and working front and back loops.
Pattern is written in US terms and includes right and left handed:
- split charts
- full sized single charts
- written instructions
Size
single repeat 223 sts x 61 rows
Approximately:
54 x 16 inches (136 x 40 cm), without border
Yarn
Colour A (pattern) 541yd / 495m
Colour B (background) 546yd / 498m
Repeat is 2 pattern row blocks. For a blanket 54 x 65 inches (136 x 165 cm) complete 4 full repeats.
Add 20% to your yarn amounts for standard envelope border
Note: Any yarn size can be used. Differences in yarn and hook size will result in different yarn amounts from the pattern estimate.
