Worked seamlessly in the round, the Quartzite cowl uses a combination of knit, purl and slip stitches along with simple stitch manipulations to create a fabric that subtly explores changes in texture and colour.
Inspired by crystal formations and the way faces of gem stones catch and reflect light, the Quartzite cowl is an engaging project which, once completed, will keep you feeling cosy and looking jazzy throughout the seasons.

Yarn used in pictured sample:
Rauma Finull PT2 (100% Norwegian wool, 175m, 50g)
1x 50g skein in Colour A (417 - Mustard)
1x 50g skein in Colour B (4106 - Mint)

If you wish to substitute yarns, I recommend you select a round, 100% wool yarn with good stitch definition. This will help the slip stitches in the textured pattern really stand out.

The textured pattern is displayed in clear chart form alongside a fully explained key.
