The Queen West Cowl is named for the hip Toronto neighbourhood. Designed to add a sense of luxury and fun to staying warm, it can be worn long, or doubled around the neck. The cowl is knitted flat in 1x1 ribbing making it a quick knit and a great project for beginners.

One size, but pattern can be repeated to desired length.
